I specialize in providing relief and freedom from psychological distress and chronic pain (fibromyalgia, neck pain, stomach pain and spasms, back pain and spasms, tendonitis, complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), repetitive strain injury, dizziness, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), painful bladder syndrome (interstitial cystitis), pelvic pain, tension and migraine headaches, tinnitus, insomnia, burning mouth syndrome, plantar fasciitis (foot pain), chronic fatigue, brain fog, chronic inflammation, leg or arm pain).

I use pain reprocessing, provocative testing, and Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy - a multifaceted approach designed from psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, to name a few modalities.

We will explore

what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you

make progress. I incorporate neuroscience with all of the approaches to look at how the

brain processes thoughts, emotions, experiences; and retrain it to respond differently to

promote healing emotionally and physically. The brain learns to respond to pain whether it

is physical or emotional pain. I can help you sort through the type of pain and trace its

origin. This will determine the treatment path we take in order to retrain your brain to

respond differently to internal and external triggers and help regulate, reduce, or eliminate

the pain.

Clients are accountable to follow through with the sessions and homework lessons to

reinforce new learning to transform the brain.

Accelerated Therapy Intensives will help you identify the root of the problem in 1-2

sessions. We do not rush through the therapy but we take a deep dive and immerse

you into a healing environment to get to the root of the matter in the shortest

amount of time. This approach will equip you to get accelerated results so that there

is minimum interruption to your daily or work schedule unlike traditional therapy

which could take 4 months, 6 months, or even longer.
